Weekday Business Hours:
$150 + HST.

Weekdays After 5:00 PM and Weekends:
$175/hour with a 3-hour minimum.

Most emergency calls are resolved in approximately 1 hour, depending on the issue.

Parts and materials, if required, are extra.

For Rental Properties:
Tenants must have approval from the landlord or property manager before electrical work can begin.

Access to the Property:
Someone must be available to provide access to the home, unit, electrical panel, or work area.

Payment:
If the person responsible for payment is not on-site, we require upfront payment before work begins.

Any remaining balance, including additional labour, parts, or materials, is due upon completion.
