Toro Electric was contacted by TSCC 2162 and AA Property Management to repair a failed light fixture in the menās change room at Legacy at Herons Hill Condos, a high-rise residential community near Sheppard Avenue East and Don Mills Road in North York.
Our electrician diagnosed a burnt ballast inside the existing pot light. Rather than replacing outdated components, we completed an LED retrofit using a new 5000K pot light, providing brighter illumination, improved energy efficiency, and reduced maintenance for the condominiumās common amenities.
